Boutique By Browns Hotel - Worcester

I had high hopes for New Year's at this place! The location is spot on, right by the river and close to everything you need. I loved being able to grab breakfast with a view of the swans! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away.

Our room was a major letdown. It was way too hot and noisy—could hear everything from the next room! Plus, it lacked some basic amenities like an extra mirror socket. It was a decent stay, but I expected more for the price.

Everything was really good, the hotel is quaint and reasonably clean with good services. The location was peaceful and incredible, and we could reach Art by walking. Further, it was close enough to the river. The gourmet restaurant served plenty of brilliant food.

So glad we choose it, it's comfortable place for staying in Worcester.

Will be back, if in Worcester.

The boutique was a lovely stay! The room was fine with great decor, and the breakfast was gorgeous. I loved the yoghurt and granola along with the perfect eggs benedict. The outdoor dining by the waterfront was just lovely, and the service was spot on! Cherished the experience!

The river view from our room was fine. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the kids loved the variety of options available. Such a good place for a family!

The room took a while to warm up initially. It felt a bit chilly, though it did become cozy eventually. The closure of the dining room on weekends, particularly Sunday and Monday evenings, forced a search for nearby eateries, which might be an inconvenience for some. The unexpected marathon kept us trapped in the parking lot until 1 PM, a heads-up would have been appreciated.

Unexpected upgrade and great breakfast

We had a cool surprise when we got upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment! It was way better than we expected. The breakfast in the bar was amazing, served by Carol who was super friendly. Everything was cooked just right, and the presentation was great. Just wish the location wasn't so close to the river because of the flooding.

We loved chilling by the river and exploring local spots. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were really clean with beautiful views. Make sure to check out the nearby park and some local bars for a fun night out! Great stay!

I wasn't thrilled about the high bar prices. Paying £22.50 for two single whiskies is a bit steep-seemed like we were better off buying a whole bottle.

It was just an optimal selection for a quick weekend visit in Worcester with great value.
